I was complaining about relentless and needless police pressure on law abiding citizens, not a state that will let a serial drunk driver back out on the roads. also "I wouldn't say it harrassment by them just being around downtown, they are DUI taskforce and thats where a majority of the DUI originate from... " I hate to tell you this, but the majority of DUI arrests originate whereever the DUI taskforce happens to be... and that happens to be downtown. Notice that they are never putting up roadblocks near Bridge Street, which also has a large concentration of bars and night spots.
